How to return
Find out how the return is made.
1) The return of the garments must arrive at our warehouses no later than 14 consecutive calendar days
2) Items must be unused , undamaged, unworn or washed .
3) We do not accept returns of products without a label , tag or completed return form.
4) If they arrive in our warehouses, returns with shipping costs at our expense will not be accepted.
5) As soon as the return arrives
on site, it will be checked and if it respects our terms and conditions, the amount of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt, in the manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase.
When a refund is made, the customer will receive an email to be notified.
6) If the return package (sent by the customer) should go into storage, THB SRL is not responsible for delays or release management, but the customer will have to manage it.
