If you're not satisfied with your product Helis Brain permits a return and refund of the product within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product was not used and/or damaged and complete with tags, labels, copy of the invoice and return form.

It is not permitted to change size or model. 

To change a product with another, you need to return the wrong one to get a refund and then buy a new one.

 

Shipping  fees of the product you wish to return are charged to the costumer and THB S.R.L. will not accept returns with shipping fees charged to the company.
