The shipping cost in Italy

- € 10.00 Standard Shipping 24/72 hours including return (if the size is wrong or you don't like the product, our courier will come to collect the package directly from your home)

Delivery time

The order will be processed within 24 hours and
entrusted to the courier starting from the following working day.

For all orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the order will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Delivery in Italy takes place within 24/48 hours from delivery of the package to the courier.

For islands, the delivery time is 72 hours.

Return conditions

1) The return of the garments must arrive at our warehouses no later than 14 natural and consecutive days, the return must be notified via email no later than 7 days from receipt of the garment.

3) We do not accept returns of products without a label , tag or completed return form.

4) If returns arrive in our warehouses with shipping costs paid by us, they will not be accepted.

5) As soon as the return arrives
on site, will be checked and if it complies with our terms and conditions, the amount of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt, in the manner in which the payment was made at the time of purchase. purchase.

6) If the return package (sent by the customer) goes into storage, THB SRL is not responsible for delays or release management, but the customer will have to manage it.
