Returned in Italy
To make the return you will need
1)Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
-name and surname
- items that you want to return
- return reason
no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods
2) Wait for the return acceptance response from the staff.
We remind you that the collection must be scheduled no later than 2 days from the request, if these deadlines are exceeded the request will no longer be accepted.
3) prepare the package and wait for the courier to come and collect it.
Please remember (do not put bikinis in boxes, otherwise you will be deducted an amount of 5 euros)
You don't have to print any labels. You will only have to prepare the package and insert the invoice and return form on the back of the invoice.
The cost of the return is €9 but if you selected shipping with return included during the purchase phase you will not have to incur extra costs.
Terms and conditions for returns
does not make exchanges, but only returns. The products in the OUT OF ALL section, being end of series and super discounted, cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can exercise the right of return within 14 days from the day you received the products , but the return request must be made no later than 7 days.

We have 2 ways to purchase the return collection service:

Returns sent by private couriers or post will not be accepted.
Once I make a return, what are my options?

Returns to countries outside Italy
If you are not satisfied with your product, Helis Brain allows the return and refund of the product within 14 days of receiving the order, if the product has not been used and/or damaged and complete with tags, labels, copy of the invoice and form return form on the back of the invoice.
