1) The return of the garments must arrive at our warehouses no later than 14 consecutive calendar days

2) Items must be unused , undamaged, unworn or washed .

3) We do not accept returns of products without a label , tag or completed return form.

4) If they arrive in our warehouses, returns with shipping costs at our expense will not be accepted.

5) As soon as the return arrives
on site, it will be checked and if it respects our terms and conditions, the amount of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt, in the manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase.

When a refund is made, the customer will receive an email to be notified.

6) If the return package (sent by the customer) should go into storage, THB SRL is not responsible for delays or release management, but the customer will have to manage it.

7) When the res package is opened, the warehouse will make a video to testify the conditions in which the garments are returned.

Should the goods be stained or damaged, THB SRL will arrange for the goods to be sent from our warehouses with shipping to be paid by the customer.

Do not wash the bikini at 60 ° C. It is best done at 30 ° C and with a gentle cycle. It is also better to omit the spin cycle and use a mild detergent. It is also best not to use fabric softener, otherwise the swimsuit will wear out over time. To protect swimwear from mechanical impacts inside the washing machine, place them in a laundry net, such as underwear. Wet swimsuits should never be dried in the sun. Direct sunlight causes colors to fade. The best drying method is to gently squeeze the swim shorts or one-piece swimsuit into a towel and then place them on a drying rack in the shade. On the other hand, the heat from a dryer or radiator can affect wearability. It is best to air dry them to prevent the fibers from stiffening.
