4. EXCHANGE AND / OR RETURN POLICY
4.1 Guarantees and conditions of exchange and / or return
HELIS BRAIN SRL guarantees the buyer that the products will comply with the specifications indicated on the Site and in any case in line with products of the same type, and therefore free from defects and discrepancies. The warranty will last as provided for by the relevant regulations (civil code or consumer code for the consumer). The buyer must check the product within 8 (eight) days of delivery and, in any case, must report any defects and / or discrepancies to HELIS BRAIN SRL (also attaching photos demonstrating the defect), by any means that ensure receipt, no later than 8 (eight) days from delivery.

4.3 Refunds for defects

4.5 Consequences of Waiver
